Mice Cheese Snack is tilsiter-type rennet cheese. Mild and slightly sour taste, high calcium content. Medium density in consistency, easy to slice, with “uneven lacy” perforation typical of tilsiter. No animal rennet is used in the production, suitable for vegetarians. They are a good companion for covering the picnic table, to prepare a snack table, to offer to friends at a barbecue party or to satisfy hunger while hiking!
