What an incredible week at Anuga 2025! Our team is still buzzing with great energy and gratitude after meeting so many partners, customers, and new faces at our booth.
We were proud to launch our newest innovation, the a0 Albumin Dairy drink, a lactose-free RTD drink with whey protein, and the response exceeded all expectations!
Visitors loved the light texture and balanced flavor of our strawberry variant, “not too sweet, refreshingly smooth” was the most common feedback we heard.
Many were pleasantly surprised to learn that Estover manages our entire value chain, from raw milk sourcing and production to packaging and global sales. It was rewarding to see how much trust and interest this transparency created among our current and future B2B partners.
Alongside the launchc of a0 Albumin Dairy drink, there was strong interest in our cheese blocks and cheese cubes, confirming that our product portfolio continues to meet evolving customer and market needs for dairy products.
