Classic Dutch-type full-fat, semi-hard rennet cheese. It has a mild, slightly sour taste and contains a high level of calcium. Dense in consistency and easy to slice, unevenly distributed with small oval holes. No animal rennet is used in the production, suitable for vegetarians. It is recommended to keep the cheese at room temperature for at least 30 min before serving.
