Swiss-type rennet cheese made from semi-hard cow’s milk. With a sweet and sour and slightly nutty taste, medium fat content and high calcium content. Elastic in consistency and easy to slice, with large holes characteristic of Swiss cheese in structure. It is recommended to keep the cheese at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
