Gouda Cheese Sliced is a semi-hard pressed rennet cheese made from cow’s milk. Sweet and sour, with a slightly nutty taste, medium fat content and high calcium content. Dense in consistency and easy to slice, with relatively few unevenly distributed small holes. Aged for 3 months!
