Classic full-fat tilsiter-type rennet cheese. Mild and slightly sour taste, high calcium content. Medium density in consistency, easy to slice, with “uneven lacy” perforation typical of tilsiter. No animal rennet is used in the production, suitable for vegetarians.
It is recommended to keep the cheese at room temperature for at least 30min before serving.
