Russian cheese sliced 500 g
Russian cheese is a type of cheese characterized by a slightly salty taste, it is a full-fat tilsiter type rennet cheese. It has a mild, slightly sour taste and contains a high level of calcium. Medium density in consistency, easy to slice, with “uneven lacy” perforation typical of tilsiter. No animal rennet is used in the production, suitable for vegetarians. It is recommended to keep the cheese at room temperature for at least 30 min before serving. The cheese is produced in Estover Kaarlijärve Meierei Dairy Factory in Estonia by diligent milk masters.
