Full-fat blue-white curd cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Bavaria Blu is delicately mild, slightly salty, with the taste and smell typical of blue cheese, which become more intense as the cheese ripens. Soft and creamy consistency. The exterior is covered with an even layer of whitewash and bluewash channels visible in cross-section. It is recommended to keep the cheese at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
