Piimameister Otto mozzarella cherries 125 g
Piimameister Otto’s mozzarella cherries are made from Italian cream cheese using the Pasta Filata method from Estonian cow’s milk. The taste is mild, slightly salty, with a characteristic pleasant smell characteristic of fresh cheese. Uniformly soft and fibrous in consistency. Relatively elastic, recovers its original shape after slight crushing. With medium fat content and very good melting properties. No animal rennet is used in the production, suitable for vegetarians.
