Piimameister Otto Mozzarella Cheese is entirely made of Estonian milk. Mozzarella is the classic Italian cheese with the fresh, mild flavour. Traditionally eaten with tomatoes and basil as a ‘Caprese’ salad but can also be eaten hot in toasties, paninis or pasta dishes! Mild in taste, slightly salty, with a characteristic pleasant aroma typical to fresh cheese. Evenly soft and fibrous in consistency. Relatively elastic, restores its original shape after light crushing. With medium fat content and very good melting properties. Animal rennet has not been used in the production, it is suitable for vegetarians.
