Medium-fat blue cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Intense flavour, moderately salty, high in calcium. Firm consistency, easily chopped, with blue rind channels visible in the cross-section of the cheese. With the characteristic taste and smell of blue-veined cheese, which become more intense as the cheese ripens. No animal rennet is used in the production, suitable for vegetarians. It is recommended to keep the cheese at room temperature for at least 30min before serving.
