Traditional Estonian Cheese Eesti Juust is cylindrical semi-hard Dutch-type quality cheese has been produced since 1958. It has a mild, slightly sour taste and aroma and is high in calcium.
Traditional Estonian cheese has an elastic texture, is easy to cut, and the lice have round or oval holes. A maximum of 44% moisture content, 45±2 % of fat in dry matter and 1,2-2,0% of salt. Suitable for vegetarians.
